El presente estudio explora la viabilidad de diseño de una línea de tratamiento y gestión de residuos de paneles fotovoltaicos en las Islas Canarias. El eventual desmantelamiento de paneles fotovoltaicos, al final de su ciclo de vida, genera un volumen de residuos que deberán ser tratados conforme a las legislaciones europeas y estatales sobre la gestión y tratamiento de Residuos de Aparatos Eléctricos y Electrónicos (RAEE). Para su desarrollo, se ha realizado un estudio exhaustivo de esta normativa y las técnicas disponibles para el reciclaje. Para realizar el presente estudio, se ha realizado una proyección de la generación futura y estimada de residuos, basada en el histórico de instalaciones fotovoltaicas en Canarias, para evaluar el potencial económico de las operaciones de reciclado para obtener materias primas secundarias. Económicamente se analizan los límites de inversión para el proyecto, teniendo en cuenta la venta de materiales y la financiación obligatoria de la gestión y tratamiento del residuo por parte de los sistemas colectivos o individuales de Responsabilidad Ampliada del Productor.

This study explores the feasibility of designing a waste treatment and management line for photovoltaic panels in the Canary Islands. The eventual dismantling of photovoltaic panels, at the end of their life cycle, generates a volume of waste that must be treated in accordance with European and national legislation on the management and treatment of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). For its development, an exhaustive study of these regulations and the available techniques for recycling has been carried out. In order to carry out this study, a projection of the estimated future generation of waste has been made, based on the history of photovoltaic installations in the Canary Islands, to evaluate the economic potential of recycling operations to obtain secondary raw materials. Economically, the investment limits for the project are analyzed, taking into account the sale of materials and the mandatory financing of waste management and treatment by collective or individual Extended Producer Responsibility systems.

Per assolir els principis de digitalització a nivell intern de l'entorn municipal respecte la implementació de l'e-administració a les àrees, (gerències i districtes) del sector públic, es proposa involucrar-les en el desplegament del projecte Intranet per tal d'aconseguir una transformació global i integral del seu model de relació i comunicació. Cal donar una visió global i integrada de les diferents iniciatives que s'estan duent a terme vers l'administració electrònica que permeti alienar-les i coordinar-les, per tal d'abordar de forma integral la transformació digital. Per garantir l'èxit d'aquest procés, s'han dut a terme les següents etapes: avaluació de l'estat actual de l'entitat municipal, definició de l'estratègia, conceptualització, disseny i planificació de la implementació i manteniment per l'Espai Intranet.

Para alcanzar los principios de digitalización a nivel interno del entorno municipal respecto a la implementación de la e-administración en las áreas (gerencias y distritos) del sector público, se propone involucrarlos en el despliegue del proyecto Intranet para conseguir una transformación global e integral de su modelo de relación y comunicación. Es necesario dar una visión global e integrada de las diferentes iniciativas que se están llevando a cabo hacia la administración electrónica que permita enajenarlas y coordinarlas, a fin de abordar de manera integral la transformación digital. Para garantizar el éxito de este proceso, se han llevado a cabo las siguientes etapas: evaluación del estado actual de la entidad municipal, definición de la estrategia, conceptualización, diseño y planificación de la implementación y mantenimiento Espacio Intranet.

To achieve the principles of internal digitization of the municipal environment regarding the implementation of e-government in areas (management and districts) of the public sector, it is proposed to involve them in the deployment of the Intranet project in order to get one global and integral transformation of its relationship and communication model. It is necessary to give a global and integrated vision of the different initiatives that are being carried out towards e-government that allows them to be alienated and coordinated, in order to comprehensively address the digital transformation. To ensure the success of this process, the following stages have been carried out: evaluation of the current state of the municipal entity, definition of the strategy, conceptualization, design and planning of the implementation and maintenance Space Intranet.

El presente trabajo pretende ofrecer al usuario de movilidad reducida una herramienta que ayude en su elección de silla de ruedas para su movilidad en el interior de su hogar, con el objetivo de poder realizar una compra de manera efectiva i eficaz, teniendo en cuenta la amplia oferta que hay en el mercado actual. La herramienta pretende ser de ayuda tanto a particulares como a entidades profesionales del sector, ya sea centros ortopédicos o similares. Actualmente existe información y documentos que ayudan a guiar al usuario en su compra, sin embargo, resulta un campo tan extenso y poco concretado que el exceso de información puede ser contraproducente. Para ello se ha llevado a cabo la creación de una herramienta, que pretende evaluar y poder dar una puntuación a los productos evaluados, una puntuación basada en criterios óptimos, tanto a nivel de postura, ergonomía y salud, como a nivel de las necesidades del usuario de la silla. Ha sido necesario, en primer lugar, estudiar los aspectos más importantes a tener en cuenta a la hora de evaluar una silla de ruedas eléctrica. Para establecer las características a valorar, se ha realizado un estudio de mercado de las principales empresas líderes. Posteriormente se ha realizado una investigación de la ergonomía y la postura, para poder establecer criterios de postura y comodidad. Además, en el ámbito técnico se ha estudiado los principales materiales utilizados, para poder establecer comparativas teniendo en cuenta peso y precio. Como último, y en acercamiento al usuario, se ha procedido a estudiar el usuario en sus necesidades y requerimientos, para que la herramienta no sólo evalúe criterios del producto, sino también su relación con el usuario y su entorno. La propuesta inicial de herramienta ha sido sometida al estudio de profesionales (traumatólogos, terapeutas) y usuarios de sillas de ruedas- Esto ha permitido hacer los cambios necesarios para la creación de la herramienta definitiva, la guía de compra.

This Bachelor's Degree Final Project aims to help wheelchair users with a tool that guides them in the election of an indoor wheelchair. Given the wide offer of wheelchairs in nowadays' market, the tool will increase the efficiency of the selection process helping both: customers and the orthopaedic centres to satisfy their needs. Currently, there is information and documents that guide users in their decision. However, as it is a vast field, the excess of information can be counterproductive. This is why it has been decided to create such a tool, aimed to evaluate the products offered in the market. The evaluation guidelines consider the level of posture, ergonomics and health, as well as the user's specific needs. It has been performed a market study of the main leading companies, to establish the main characteristics to evaluate in an electric wheelchair. Moreover, an investigation of ergonomics and posture has been carried out, to establish criteria for posture and comfort. Regarding the technical field, the main materials used in these products have been studied; this study has allowed establishing comparisons between different wheelchairs taking into account weight, resistance and price. Finally, we have proceeded to study the user in his needs, so that the tool not only evaluates product criteria, but also its fit with the user and his environment. The initial proposal of the tool has been submitted to the study of professionals (traumatologists, therapists) and wheelchair users. This has allowed making the necessary changes for the creation of the definitive tool, the buying and punctuation guides.
