Abstract
The project was a mix of a technical and strategic analyses that could permits me discover the business model of the GDS market, always growing and an opportunity in the closest future. This permits me to have the technical knowledge for after be able to analyze the needs of the market to conclude with which is the best position for the Amadeus future.
