Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo es el de desarrollar un visualizador de modelos 3D de patrimonio cultural. Este visualizador es user-friendly, permitiendo a gente que se dedique al estudio del patrimonio y no sea experta en el uso de visualizadores por ordenador utilizar la herramienta con una curva de aprendizaje muy baja. Se han establecido una serie de funcionalidades, tanto de navegación como de interfaz gráfica que serían de gran utilidad para este tipo de usuarios. Entre estas funcionalidades se encuentran mostrar imágenes e información a medida que se navega sobre el modelo. El resultado final del trabajo es un visualizador implementado sobre la iglesia de Sant Quirze del Pedret plenamente funcional y con las funcionalidades mencionadas previamente. En primer lugar, se comentará el contexto, el alcance y los objetivos del trabajo, junto con las diferentes metodologías utilizadas. Se explicaría el sentido que tiene realizar el TFG y se le dará un contexto comparándolo con alternativas actuales. Posteriormente, se hablará sobre la implementación de la herramienta, tanto del sistema de navegación, como de la interfaz o de la carga de datos, junto con el entorno de desarrollo de la misma. Por ultimo se realizará unas conclusiones sobre el TFG y los objetivos conseguidos.
The objective of this project is to develop a 3D model viewer for cultural heritage. This visualizer is user-friendly, allowing people who are dedicated to the study of heritage and who are not experts in the use of computer visualizers to use the tool with a very low learning curve. A set of functionalities have been established, both in terms of navigation and graphic interface, which will be very useful for this type of users. These functionalities include displaying images and information as the model is navigated. The final result of the work is a visualizer implemented on the church of Sant Quirze del Pedret fully functional and with the previously mentioned functionalities. First, the context, scope and objectives of the work will be discussed, together with the different methodologies used. The sense of doing the TFG will be explained and context will be given by comparing it with current alternatives. Subsequently, the implementation of the tool will be discussed, both the navigation system, the interface and the data loading, along with the development environment. Finally, some conclusions about the TFG and the objectives achieved will be made.
