In this Bachelor's Degree Final Project, a mobile application for person identification using a DJI drone and the DJI Mobile SDK and DJI UX SDK software libraries is designed, implemented, and tested. The application tries to identify a specific person among those that are detected in the image. Our proposal, for this, is that the person who wants to be identified wears a GPS device to merge the information from the people detector with the location information provided by the GPS. The operation of the application mainly involves monitoring an MQTT server where different devices will upload their position using geodetic coordinates. Then, based on these coordinates, the application will perform a coordinate system transformation to obtain the pixel coordinates where the device is located. With these coordinates, the device's position can be overlaid on the video. Additionally, the application includes other visual functionalities such as a manager for photos and videos taken by the drone, a mini-map to visualize the drone's and surrounding devices' positions, a coordinate converter from screen points to geodetic coordinates, and the ability to write device data and drone position and attitude data to a text file. For the development of the application, various Software Development Kits (SDKs) are used, which provide the necessary resources for application development. Some of the SDKs used include the Android SDK, DJI UX SDK, and DJI Mobile SDK, with the latter two being from DJI. The MQTT protocol is used for message exchange between the drone and the different devices in the field. This protocol is based on centralized data exchange on a server and utilizes a publish-subscribe system. Furthermore, three different devices are used to obtain the user's location through GPS and send it to the MQTT server for the drone to access. One of these devices is created using a Raspberry Pi, another is an Android app, and the last one is based on a board from ArduSimple. Upon completing the application development, the project's initial objectives have been successfully achieved. A functional application has been programmed, and a device compatible with the specified requirements has been developed.

Throughout the years, public aid has been supplied to the air transport sector to promote passenger traffic in certain airports that cannot generate enough demand by themselves. A clear example is Girona's airport, where Ryanair was the airline par excellence for several years to a large extent because of public money. It is fundamental putting down public policy through evaluation to guarantee the transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency of public administration. That is why this project pretends to develop an election Logit model that characterizes demand behaviour between Girona's and Barcelona's airports to analyse the different administration alternatives for managing public resources that benefit the election of Girona. Effectiveness, income redistribution, and positive externalities for the territory criteria need to be considered. The Logit model has been calibrated with 12 observations corresponding to the months of 2017, which are scant because of the scarcity of data but sufficient to characterize the problem from the strategy and public policy point of view and having per variables flight frequency and total travel cost including the access to the airport stage. The behaviour of the called intermediate demand is studied, which is the unique demand subdued to an election, considering that it can access the airport using a private vehicle or public transport. Three alternatives are analysed: give a direct subsidy to the airline to increase the number of its frequencies, go for a direct subsidy to the passenger with a reduction of the public transport fare and the investment in an additional access service such as an airport shuttle that removes the timeout. From the results it is concluded that although it is not a highly efficient measure, the best alternative is back the reduction of public transport fares, getting that most of the intermediate demand opt for Girona.

Formació y Treball is a foundation that works on the labor insertion of people at risk of social exclusion through various services. Regarding the clothing service, dealt with in this work, it is dedicated to the collection, processing and redistribution of clothing in its own stores and external customers. The main plant where this clothing is processed, located in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, has a series of deficiencies for the introduction and subsequent monitoring of the data in the comprehensive management control system called Netcom, which is studied and solved over the course of the document. In this final degree project, the production system of a clothing recycling plant is studied and the implementation of logistics improvements in the control software is carried out, Netcom, with the aim of optimizing and improving data traceability for greater control and reporting. . Therefore, after studying all the processes involved in the production of recycled clothing, improvements in the current system are detected and various solutions are proposed for these. On the other hand, an expansion will be planned in the design of the comprehensive plant management control software that best suits the needs of the company and the available resources. An algorithm will be determined that optimizes the maximum functions available. The following improvements are proposed: on the one hand, create an intermediate warehouse in the Netcom that manages the stock of all the sub-processed product. On the other hand, plan the design of the purchase and sales orders in the Netcom and create the references of the raw material according to the origin. Finally, implement touch screens in the recycling plant. The results of the improvements are to have greater control of data and traceability of these in the Netcom, which causes the obsolescence of parallel documentation and unifies the database and query. Also, speed up the data entry process in the Netcom and obtain up-to-date data at the moment. Finally, improve the digital skills of integration workers.
