Abstract
El trabajo de Prácticum realizado ha sido de la modalidad B2 (prácticas no remuneradas)
durante un cuatrimestre (09/16 – 01//17).
Presento el desarrollo de un proyecto realizado en SJ12 ENGINYERS y las tareas que se
llevan a cabo en la empresa.
En este caso hablaré un poco de la empresa SJ12 para seguidamente desarrollar un
proyecto ejecutivo de una adecuación de Local Comercial Desigual y una Licencia de
Obras y Licencia de Actividad de Buenas Migas en Barcelona ya que, en el proyecto
ejecutivo de Desigual, no se nos encargaron las Licencias de Obra y de Actividad.
Durante mi periodo de prácticas realicé la parte de delineado de planos con la
supervisión de un arquitecto técnico.
De la parte de Licencias de Obra y Actividad, realicé los planos colaborando con una
arquitecta técnica del despacho.
La dirección de obra la realiza el director del despacho (ingeniero técnico) y firma de
licencias.
This Internship report is a follow-up to a B2 type (non-remunerated job) four-month internship
(09/16 – 01//17).
In the following report, I introduce the development of a project completed at SJ12
ENGINYERS and the tasks carried out at the enterprise.
To begin with, I will introduce the enterprise -SJ12-. Later, I will develop a Final Set Plan for an
adaptation of a Desigual store in Granada as well as a Working License and Operating
License for Buenas Migas in Barcelona, considering that in the Final Set Plan for Desigual we
had not been in charge of the Licenses.
During my internship period, I was assigned the part of the delineation of plans with the
supervision from a technician.
I carried out the part of Working and Operating license while co-working with a building
engineer from the studio.
The management of the work and the signing of the licenses were done by the office
manager (technical engineer).
