Abstract
Mi propuesta de tema de investigacion empieza a partir de mi trabajo de grado en arquitectura en la universidad de Kore Enna, que se desarrolla en un pueblo en Sicilia, que lleva por título: Componer por fragmentos: una propuesta de LandFront para Leonforte. El interior de Sicilia ofrece un conjunto heterogéneo de entornos, una alternancia de profundos valles y colinas, áridas montañas y arroyos, tierras negras y resecas y verdes pastos. Así es el paisaje de Leonforte, fértil y pintoresco, con sus casas encaramadas en la colina, con su laberinto de callejuelas que convergen hacia el majestuoso palacio señorial. Este trabajo nace de la observación atenta, curiosa, de esos lugares, de los vislumbres, de las miradas en una dimensión de connaturalidad entre territorio y ciudad, entre espacio natural y construido, que implica la imposibilidad de la existencia del uno sin el otro. Proponiendo así una metodología alternativa de análisis del estudio de la ciudad, un estudio que destacó cómo el territorio de Leonforte está compuesto por fragmentos que tienen una relación intrínseca con el paisaje, con el cielo, con el agua y con la vegetación. Una relación distinta para cada lugar, pero que cobra valor sólo en la trama única que constituyen. Ahora en este TFG mi atención está puesta en la relación que existe con los temas ya identificados y un elemento que se vive de diferentes maneras dentro de los fragmentos: el jardín. De hecho el presente trabajo pretende analizar diferentes formas de jardín identificados en el pueblo, pasando del estudio del verde del vasto paisaje al verde encerrado entre cuatro paredes y casi escondido. Los siguientes capítulos analizan el verde y su desarrollo en el país a través de componentes fundamentales como: la historia, el concepto y definición de verde / jardín, la definición del paisaje en movimiento (su estudio en el sitio), y cómo un jardín cercado dentro de las paredes condiciona el desarrollo de lo construido.
My research topic proposal starts from my undergraduate work in architecture at the University of Kore Enna, which takes place in a village in Sicily, entitled: Composing by fragments: a LandFront proposal for Leonforte. The Sicilian hinterland offers a heterogeneous set of environments, an alternation of deep valleys and hills, arid mountains and streams, parched black earth and green pastures. Such is the landscape of Leonforte, fertile and picturesque, with its houses perched on the hill, with its labyrinth of narrow streets that converge towards the majestic stately palace. This work is born of the attentive, curious observation of these places, of the glimpses, of the glances in a dimension of connaturality between territory and city, between natural and built space, which implies the impossibility of the existence of one without the other. Thus proposing an alternative methodology of analysis of the study of the city, a study that highlighted how the territory of Leonforte is made up of fragments that have an intrinsic relationship with the landscape, with the sky, with the water and with the vegetation. A relationship that is different for each place, but that becomes valuable only in the unique plot that they constitute. Now in this TFG my attention is focused on the relationship that exists with the themes already identified and an element that is experienced in different ways within the fragments: the garden. In fact, the present work aims to analyse different forms of garden identified in the village, going from the study of the green of the vast landscape to the green enclosed within four walls and almost hidden. The following chapters analyse the green and its development in the country through fundamental components such as: the history, the concept and definition of green/garden, the definition of the landscape in movement (its study on the site), and how a garden enclosed within walls conditions the development of the built.
