Abstract
The goal of this project is to analyse in-depth the internal structure of the Boeing 777-300 and conclude with the creation of a 1:50 scale physical model. The Boeing 777-300 is an extended version of the 777-200, developed to replace large-capacity aircraft like the Boeing 747-100/200, while maintaining high operational efficiency and increasing both passenger capacity and storage. The project began with historical research on the aircraft and the gathering of technical and structural data. Based on this, a detailed 3D model was developed using CATIA software, including the fuselage, wings, and stabilisers. The design was made with maximum precision, aiming to accurately reproduce the position and proportions of the various parts of the aircraft. Once the design was completed, the material for construction and the method for obtaining the pieces were selected. Finally, the assembly of the model was carried out. The result is a faithful reproduction of the aircraft's structure, useful both as a teaching tool and for gaining deeper knowledge of aeronautical structural design.
