Aprèn - Oriol Lordan González

L'objectiu d'aquest treball és aconseguir dissenyar un dron el qual pugui detectar i fer una primera intervenció a incendis forestals, ja que aquests són un fenomen cada dia més recurrent a Catalunya i arreu del món. Per tal d'aconseguir aquest objectiu s'han analitzat diferents opcions que hi ha ara mateix al mercat per aplicacions semblants, s'han analitzat els incendis forestals i s'han seguit els mètodes de disseny del brainstorming i el mètode de selecció per VTP (valor tècnic ponderat). També s'han dut a terme diferents estudis de forces per determinar la càrrega que suporta el dron. S'ha dissenyat una estructura principalment de fibra de carboni, amb parts de titani i alumini amb un dipòsit separat el qual s'encaixa a l'estructura. Aquest dron té configuració de quadcòpter en forma d'H i porta vuit motors perquè es pugui enlairar. El resultat obtingut és un dron que pot aixecar fins a 290 quilograms, amb un dipòsit de 248 litres, que té una hora d'autonomia i un rang de 40 quilòmetres. Amb la missió descrita per a tres d'aquests drons i un dron normal amb càmera tèrmica, es pot arribar a fer intervencions a incendis forestals del tipus atac directe, creant línies de defensa o centrar recursos en objectius prioritaris on sigui més difícil arribar per als bombers, amb descàrregues de fins a 744 litres. El pressupost de dur a terme la fabricació d'aquest dron serien 101.145,07 €. En resum, la proposta és un primer pas per al qual pot ser un projecte molt més gran i complexa.

El objetivo de este trabajo es conseguir diseñar un dron el cual pueda detectar y hacer una primera intervención a incendios forestales, puesto que estos son un fenómeno cada día más recurrente en Cataluña y en todo el mundo. Para conseguir este objetivo se han analizado diferentes opciones que hay ahora mismo al mercado para aplicaciones parecidas, se han analizado los incendios forestales y se han seguido los métodos de diseño del brainstorming y el método de selección por VTP (valor técnico ponderado). También se han llevado a cabo diferentes estudios de fuerzas para determinar la carga que soporta el dron. Se ha diseñado una estructura principalmente de fibra de carbono, con partes de titanio y aluminio con un depósito separado, el cual se encaja a la estructura. Este dron tiene configuración de cuadcoptero en forma de H y lleva ocho motores para que se pueda elevar. El resultado obtenido es un dron que puede levantar hasta 290 kilogramos, con un depósito de 248 litros, que tiene una hora de autonomía y un rango de 40 kilómetros. Con la misión descrita para tres de estos drones y un dron normal con cámara térmica, se puede llegar a hacer intervenciones a incendios forestales del tipo ataque directo, creando líneas de defensa o centrar recursos en objetivos prioritarios donde sea más difícil llegar para los bomberos, con descargas de hasta 744 litros. El presupuesto de llevar a cabo la fabricación de este dron serían 101.145,07 €. En resumen, la propuesta es un primer paso para el que puede ser un proyecto mucho más grande y compleja.

Since forest fires are an increasingly recurrent phenomenon in Catalonia and around the world, this work aims to design a drone that can detect and perform a first intervention. To attain this objective, diverse alternatives available in the market for similar applications have been scrutinised, forest fires have been scrutinised, and design methods such as brainstorming and the VTP selection method (weighted technical value) have been adhered to. Diverse force studies have been conducted to ascertain the load that the drone can support. A structure has been designed mainly of carbon fibre, with parts of titanium and aluminium, with a separate tank that fits the structure. This drone has an H-shaped quadcopter configuration and has eight engines to take off. The result obtained is a drone that can lift up to 290 kilogrammes with a 248-litre tank, which has an hour of autonomy and a range of 40 kilometres. With the mission described for three of these drones and a normal drone with thermal camera, it is possible to make interventions to direct attack forest fires, creating lines of defence or focusing resources on priority targets where it is more difficult to reach for firemen, with discharges of up to 744 litres. The budget to carry out the manufacture of this drone would be €101,145.07. In short, the proposal is a first step towards what can be a much larger and more complex project.
